Leadership Community

We want to hold a Leadership Community for inspiration, information, and encouragement for you and your ministry teams.  On Sunday, February 26th, 2012 following the morning worship service, we will hold this short gathering from 11:30-1:00 pm.  Childcare will be provided for those 12 and under.  We ask that you strongly encourage your teams to attend this bi-annual event.

Here are the teams that are involved with this Leadership Community:
  * Nursery/Preschool
  * Children/AWANA
  * Students
  * Adult (Life Group/Adult Bible Electives)
  * Facilities
  * Hope
  * Worship

Here is a tentative schedule with what to expect:
  * Enrichment: For the first 15-30 minutes, we will be eating together. Lunch will be provided.
  * Encouragement: Pastor Michael will then share about the importance of commitment as leaders and volunteers, the value of communicating with each other, and unpack our purpose as a church.  Resources will be given out as gifts as well!
  * Energizing: Finally for the last 30-45 minutes, we will break out into our ministry teams.  During this time, you as the ministry leader, will have this valuable time to spend time leading your team by doing a start/stop/continue, explaining and reiterating job descriptions, and finally encouraging and praying over your team.
