Church and Culture, Part One
Michael Fraser — June 28, 2009
Church. Culture. Two words that have the ability to impact each other. The local church can be defined as the assembly of those who know the Lord and in whom the Spirit of God dwells. Culture can be defined as the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular people group. As a local church that is intentionally missional, we desire to help Christians be culturally relevant by looking at today's hot topics in culture through the lens of a biblical worldview. Over the next several weeks, we will look at various topics that have hit Hollywood, the media, and politics.
