Our Elders
The purpose of the elders at Lyona is to oversee that this local church remains true biblically, that its members are being appropriately shepherded, that the body is being fed through insightful and accurate biblical teaching, and that the church is being well managed by the staff.  As a team they are responsible to protect, lead and teach in the church as the primary pastors and overseers of this local church.

Our Staff
The purpose of the staff at Lyona is to administer the ministry of the church, while equipping the members to be the ministers.  The Senior Pastor is the manager of the church staff, through delegating responsibilities within the staff for the purpose of carrying out their responsibilities. The staff is made up of both paid employees and committed volunteers of the church.
